CONSTRUCTION & MANUFACTURING
OPTIMAL CUSTOMIZATION WITH DRC
The number of customers who choose to let ut build their flatbeds seem to increase every day — for many reasons. But what it comes down to is the complete integration of the frame and the endless possibilities of customization.
Since we’re one of the few businesses with the expertise and the resources required to be in charge of a project and sail it home, we’ve developed special solutions that come bundled with the standard services today. A standardized electricity system is one of those solutions, the possibility to safely fasten almost any goods through a mapping system of lashing beams in the floor of the flatbed is another. Other financial privileges that come with our flatbeds is that we always galvanize them, and that we keep them at a relatively low weight.
Our vast experience has given us the opportunity to work closely with the biggest truck manufacturers — partnerships that give you, the customer, the ability to be a part of the construction process.
The cooperative process when making your flatbed, which means best possible customization, is called DRC: Description – Revision – Confirmation.
Description: You bring us your idea, but we’ll gladly give you some guidance if needed. Because of our experience and specialized expertise, we can contribute with useful advice.
Revision: Then we’ll give you a materialized vision of your idea — either in the form of a 3D model or a drawing. In any case, you’ll be able to revise it, think it over, and make the final adjustments.
Confirmation: After we’ve got your revision, and made any possible changes, it’s time for you to give us your confirmation regarding the design and the price. And that’s it! Safe, comfortable and easy.
As experts in extensions and flatbed manufacturing for trucks, we are the only business on the market who can offer complete crane brackets. The crane brackets are manufactured to ensure an increased strength and avoids corrosion. Mounting is quick and easy with the help of rectangular holes. The brackets are made for U-profile subframes.
